Here, you can learn about how to create followup tracking for OS.
1. Login with Fresa Gold, Goto Accounts -> O/S Collection Tracking List (Fig-1),

2. Here, select your date range, organization based on your requirement and finally click submit view existing details(Fig-2).

3.if you want to create new click create button in right top corner (Fig-3).

4. Here, you can create your followup for OS, enter the respective organization, call date, call notes, if followup required set the followup as Yes, enter followup date, Followup Remarks finally click Save button(Fig-4).

Now, based on your followup date you will get reminder, hope you got idea about how to track O/S with followup for your customer.
