How to take agent-wise console report in Fresa Gold.?

1. Login with Fresa Gold and Goto  Customer Service->Reports – CS -> Console Report (Fig-1).

2. Here, you can get the Agent-wise console report with date range, origin agent, job number and shipment number filter, kindly provide your required filter , finally click submit. (Fig-2), you can see the report details using Options button you download reports.
