What is General ledger?

A general ledger is a bookkeeping ledger that serves as a central repository for accounting data transferred from all sub-ledgers like accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, purchasing, and projects. Each account maintained by an organization is known as a ledger account, and the collection of all these accounts is known as the general ledger.

1. Login with Fresa Gold, Go to Accounts–>General Accounts (Fig-1).

2. Second, select the General ledger with charge wise report (fig-2).

3. Select from date and to date. For General ledger charge wise report, select the Charge, COA and click submit button to view reports (fig-3).

4. Now, you can see the list of General ledger charge wise report, you can download the report using the Options button and click to the download (fig-4).
