Here you can learn about how to enter the Customer Complaints for the particular Shipment.
1. Login with Fresa Gold, Navigate to the particular Shipment (Fig.1).

2. To enter the Customer Complaints, in the Shipment details page, click Complaint icon on the right corner (Fig.3).

3. Enter the Subject of the complaint, Type and details and Email, Email cc, once entered click Save button (Fig.3).

4. Once saved the details, the complaint is entered in the Shipment Details (Fig.4).
